Steph Little set up Cherry Consulting after recognising a real need to provide organisations with practical help and support.
In her previous role as HR Director for Butler and Tanner, one of Europe's largest book manufacturers, Steph gained ten years valuable experience providing HR and project management services in a heavily unionised manufacturing environment.
Butler and Tanner continue to retain Steph as a Consultant to provide HR services to their 300 staff.
Before working in the private sector, Steph had eight years experience of the public sector, employed by the Ministry of Defence in Bath and in London where she worked with the Red Arrows.
Steph has an active role within the Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Boards of the Wessex and the Mendip Associations of Chambers of Commerce and is President of Frome and District Chamber of Commerce.
Recent projects undertaken include Chairing the Wessex Environment Business Network, working with the Local Authority and managing a website project to promote Mendip as a place to work and live.
Steph is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
